Returns & ReplacementsDamages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.Any claims made after 24 hours from delivery will not be recognised.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Some goods are exempt from being returned.Additional non-returnable items include some health and personal care itemsWe are not responsible for replacing or refunding products that have arrived melted or damaged by weather.There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error- Any item that is returned more than 24 hours after deliveryRefunds (if applicable)Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the outcome of the assessment of your item.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, which will then take 3-7 business days to process.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If 3-7 business days have passed since receiving the email of the outcome of the assessment and you have not yet received your refund and you have contacted your bank, contact us via email or phone and allow time for Zahab Confectionery to investigate further.
Sale items (if applicable)Only regular priced items may be refunded.Exchanges (if applicable)Zahab Confectionery will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
